Igor Conrado

Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

I build software with a clear view of the business behind it.

My work connects product decisions, software engineering, and day-to-day operations. I build my own products and develop systems for other businesses.

Vecto

Independent product · Product engineering

A planning product that connects long-term goals with the week ahead.

My work. Vecto is my own product. I rebuilt it as a Next.js progressive web app, connecting the planning experience to authentication, persistent data, and account controls.

Decisions & implementation

Product & interface

Day, week, and month are views of the same plan. Freeze pauses the system without deleting context. These choices address the original problem: fragmented planning and the pressure to keep every tracker up to date.

Engineering

Next.js, TypeScript, and Supabase power the PWA. PostgreSQL row-level security isolates each account's data. Atomic setup operations prevent retries from creating duplicate routines.

Validation & limits

The September 1, 2026 delivery audit records passing automated checks and authenticated planning flows. This demonstrates implementation quality; it is not evidence of adoption or improved user productivity.

Dea Figueiredo

Commerce & operations

A storefront built around how the business sells.

My work. My work with Dea Figueiredo spans business advisory and software development. I built the storefront, product administration, and order flows, then extended the experience for brand campaigns.

Decisions & implementation

Product & interface

The catalog was designed around the store's WhatsApp sales flow, with product context carried into the conversation. An admin interface lets the business maintain its products instead of relying on code edits.

Engineering

Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Supabase, and Vercel. The commerce implementation connects the storefront to product data, inventory, order handling, and payment integration.

Validation & limits

The July launch record includes end-to-end checks locally and in production. The current public campaign is dated September 5. Its visible event status needs review; it is not a live demonstration of the checkout.

VALK Software

Digital products · Internal platforms · Production AI

Customer-facing products, an internal operating platform, and AI workflows running in production.

My work. At VALK, I took a digital product from scratch through launch with TypeScript, Node.js, React, Next.js, PostgreSQL, and Supabase, connecting requirements, APIs, data models, interfaces, and deployment. I also built production agent workflows with LangGraph, MCP integrations, execution checkpoints, and human review.

Decisions & implementation

My contribution

My work covered external products and an internal platform spanning more than 20 operational stages. I connected requirements, data models, APIs, and interfaces to the way the business developed and operated its products.

Engineering

TypeScript, Node.js, React, Next.js, PostgreSQL, Supabase, LangGraph, and MCP integrations. Execution checkpoints kept human review in the workflow.

Outcome & scope

The agent pipeline completed execution in 5 minutes against an expected 90 minutes. This comparison concerns that workflow, not the entire operation; the expected duration is not a measured historical baseline.

Public materials

This case covers customer-facing products, internal tools, and production automation. Internal interfaces and client information are not included in the public portfolio.

Engeparc

Internal systems & web delivery

Internal management software connecting commercial follow-up, client tracking, and engineering execution - alongside the company’s public website.

My work. I built and evolved the internal management platform as the sole software engineer, connecting client requests, commercial tracking, and engineering delivery through its Node.js backend. As Senior Software Engineer, I owned technical decisions and delivery from requirements through production follow-up.

Decisions & implementation

Internal operations

I built software to track clients, follow-ups, and demand through commercial contact and engineering execution, with a Node.js backend. The system supported the team's day-to-day work rather than only its public web presence.

Website & lead capture

I also delivered the responsive institutional website, lead-capture and contact flows, SEO implementation, and domain configuration. Later website deliveries are separate from the Jan 2020-Jun 2023 employment period.

Outcome & scope

During my Senior Software Engineer role, improvements to the platform reduced time spent on commercial tracking and follow-up by an estimated 75%, freeing engineers to focus on project delivery. Better continuity and visibility across client management also contributed to a 34% increase in client retention. The public link opens the institutional website, not the internal platform.

How I think
about the work.

I’m Igor Conrado, a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer based in Belo Horizonte, Brazil. I build products of my own and work with businesses on the software behind their operations.

I want to understand what happens before someone opens the product and after they close it. Who needs the information? What happens next? Who maintains the system?

Those questions shape what I build and how I build it - from planning products and commerce systems to operational workflows.

I started studying programming in 2019 while working with infrastructure and servers at ECX Card. Managers who wrote Python and Java sparked my interest and helped me learn.

I have 6+ years of software development experience, beginning at Engeparc in January 2020. I’m now studying Software Engineering at Ibmec, with expected graduation in December 2028.
