My contribution
I built and evolved the internal management platform as the sole software engineer, connecting client requests, commercial tracking, and engineering delivery through its Node.js backend. As Senior Software Engineer, I owned technical decisions and delivery from requirements through production follow-up.
Internal operations
I built software to track clients, follow-ups, and demand through commercial contact and engineering execution, with a Node.js backend. The system supported the team's day-to-day work rather than only its public web presence.
Website & lead capture
I also delivered the responsive institutional website, lead-capture and contact flows, SEO implementation, and domain configuration. Later website deliveries are separate from the Jan 2020-Jun 2023 employment period.
Outcome & scope
During my Senior Software Engineer role, improvements to the platform reduced time spent on commercial tracking and follow-up by an estimated 75%, freeing engineers to focus on project delivery. Better continuity and visibility across client management also contributed to a 34% increase in client retention. The public link opens the institutional website, not the internal platform.
